Best channel ever very easy to learn everything because everything has been divided into small parts, and then we can easily understand the content. You know how to teach bro ❤😇

Throughout my tennis life, ive always done core exercises but never l-sits, and every core exercise was insanepy easy for me conpared to others, so i didnt realize how i had built my core enough to do an 18 second L-sit wothout the progression. I feel very achieved.

I did it! This is so cool :D

Though I’m very glad about these variations because they allowed me to isolate different mechanics of the L-sit, and understand what I’m lacking in:
- hamstring flexibility (can’t even stretch my legs fully while sitting)
- Serratus anterior and other muscles that pull arms down. I do pull-ups but apparently I’m lacking in this department. So I just found out why I can do push-ups with people on my back but can’t do a dip without trembling - these stabilizer muscles are underdeveloped!

I would note that depending on the shape you're in, you may not be able to do the full leg raises right away no matter how many knee raises you can do -- you may need to work on hamstring and hip flexor flexibility to keep your legs straight.

I can do 30+ knee raises, but I'm still working on keeping my legs straight for even one proper-form leg raise.
