Currently stuck on step 1 for about half a year. I am now able to reach the floor with my fingertips if i am warmed up and stretch for about 15 minutes prior. I only managed to reach my knees earlier, so this is a massive improvement, but flexibility takes forever to gain.

this is effective tbh i who's keep on keep trying and trying l-sit, then i search a progressive program for this then the way he evaluate it make sense now, after that search i can do perfect l-sit now, now i'm mastering handstand, thank you for the video king

I can proudly say I can do the L-sit. Unfortunately I need paralletts or my pushup handles because my arms are too short to do them on the floor 😢
