Good for you! I am Ethiopian and never tried gored gored. By far kitfo and tibs are my most favorite dishes. You should also try Doro wot (red chicken stew with boiled eggs), it’s to die for!

I would suggest doro wot or shuro, they are favorites of a lot of ppl including me and shuro is a food that’s easy to eat for new people, I would suggest the doro wot with milk and after the shuro because doro wot is very spicy unless you have the spice tolerance of an Ethiopian.❤
