As an Ethiopian, when THE SLICE AND RICE try our SOUL FOOD food made me Happy. We normally eat it with a plate but I like the improvisation too. Glory did pretty awesome pronouncing the dishes. And Lastly we do cook with different seasonings that’s why it’s so joyful. Stay blessed 🙏🏼

Hey guys all the way from Ethiopia 😁🎉. Chicken tibs isn’t really a thing here. The only times I have seen it is Ethiopian restaurants in other countries. Maybe that’s why it wasn’t that good 😂. And we have a lot of meat dishes that are delicious I hope you get to they them ❤.

Okay so watched the video and now I'm back to comment again. You guys did amazing handling that injera and ate well. The veggie combo was a good pick but if you wanted the authentic meat flavours, you should try doro wot (Like a chicken stew) and shekela tebes. Like that chicken you all had was not like anything traditional lol, I think it was just the restaurant selling that. Overall, I'm glad you enjoyed the food. One more thing, you all should try the sambusa and Ehiopian coffee (fun fact, Coffee was orginated in Ethiopia so we have like a whole traditional ceremony just for drinking coffee) I would just say as a tip trying the food for the first time going a resturant itself would make the whole experience even more enjoyable. Love you guys and your videos.

One of my fav cuisines!!! It's THE BEST. Totally agree with Rice that you don't need meat when you eat this- I love meat but whenever I get Ethiopian food i always get the veggie platter! soo good
