In case you want a shiny Jolteon, you can go outside Medali towards the terastalized Breloom. With a level 3 electric sparkling sandwich, only Jolteon can spawn. Shiny Jolteon is a light lime/lemon color.

There's actually another easy shiny hunt just by the spot in this video. There's a little pond just north of the spot that he marked at 0:10, and it only spawns Forretresses even without a bug encounter power sandwich. There's a little path between the rock and the pond where you can stand and almost all the pokemon will be Forretresses on the pond. Now I didn't picnic reset, I just ran back and forth along that thin path, but picnic resetting might be faster. I managed to get a shiny after not too long of doing this method (No sandwich boosts but I did have the shiny charm).

You can actually teleport to the groundbligh shrine and climb right to the left of where you land and you’ll be right at the spot to get the heracross

I don't get what's so great with shiny hunting. Sure I get it that people want a rare pokemon, but for me Shiny Hunting is just a waste of time and life draining. I just play the games, I don't care about Shiny Hunting.

gonna have to wait for a greek region for it to evolve probably,
like it's a rhino beetle but it's name is Hera cross, sounding like a hercules beetle/heracles which is the greek way of saying it and it's mega was a hercules beetle who tbf was only as strong as a psuedo.
would be sick if after beating 8 gyms and 4 titans/elite 4 it evolves because you've completed 12 labours.


really curious how they'll handle some of the weaker mega's, like bedrill doesn't even get to bst 500 with mega, should be like mega ray where if the stat is low they should only need a move rather than an item, or even have it be a form change.

Heracross evolving doesn't sound all that likely. I don't think you really could evolve Pokémon who already have a Mega Evolution.

Can I ask what the difference is between this and using 1x Pickle 1x Salty Herba Mystica 1x Spicy Herba Mystica? I use those and get the same powers at the end as in this video as your sandwhich, but I'm wondering if there is a benefit to adding more ingredients even though the level 3 powers are the same

I tried this but instead of 15-20 herracross spawning I don't even get 3 most the time no matter how many resets I do, I did use sweet and sour herba mystica without seeing other recipes saying specifically not to use those two however it still gave me level 3 sparkling fighting power just like the video, but no herracross😕
Update tried another recipe with 1 cucumber 4 pickle and two sour herba mystica, worked beautifully TONS of herracross! Haven't found a shiny yet but very high hopes

honestly that is an interesting thing....heracross getting a evo but what things would change about it? same could be said for pinsir also
