The fence is still standing on all 4 sides, with just an opening by the car. Did the car hit the valve then back up to where it sits now? 2:30 No visible tire tracks in the gravel near the valve.

how is something so vital not covered by cameras? should easily be able to see where that car came from, and if it was knocked back from the explosion. but nah, why would you monitor such a valuable piece of the city?

With all the things happening today we can't put up barriers around pipeline valves. Another stupid move. Where I live whenever there are pipelines close to a roadway they have barriers.

A single spark as the car crashed the valve caused the blast pretty sure if there isn't an intense burn victim at a hospital more likely the driver will be found still in the car
