Pipeline fire now smaller and expected to burn off later Tuesday

How how is that entire facility not secured ??? How is there not any heavy duty stops ??? Why did the city approve that facility with out any vehicle stops??? A chain link fence is not stopping a vehicle !!! See that upsets me, city inspectors are HARD hard on people!! But the businesses who fill their pockets with money get a a forever pass !!
