Man claims innocence after Winnipeg police lay explosives charges

A man in Winnipeg charged with being in possession of four Molotov cocktails says the charges are rooted in a misunderstanding, but the Winnipeg Police Service says these types of charges are not taken lightly. Morgan Modjeski reports.

Yeah, I found a cache of explosives while cleaning out an old building, got my fingerprints all over them as I packed them away into a storage closest then just plain forgot about them. Does that make sense? This guy is lying.

I hate it when they smile when they are lying. If he didn't make them you still should be fired as you found a bomb on in the unit you are hired to take care of leaving others at risk. Him calling the media is so disgusting. This bandit is so wrong on many levels.
