He looked completely dejected after the reporter told him he had been charged, like he knew there was absolutely no one on his side.

The look he gives when the media says he’s been charged, still makes me question this whole damn thing.

That reaction when he's told by a reporter that he's been charged. The realisation that he's been set up and now done for. You just can't act that. You can see his soul leave his body.

You might think its crazy that he would be questioned by reporters live on TV!? ...until you realize that his shooting was also televised...it's part of what makes the whole thing so unbelievable!

He was never tried by a jury of his peers in a court of law. Therefore, he was never proven to be guilty of any crimes. Therefore, is he not technically innocent ?

Here it is: "no, I've been not charged with that. "
He wasn't charged, so he couldn't defend himself and bring the evidence in his favour out to that matter. And on his way out, he was shot at the point blank. Clearly dead man tells no tale.

Oswald has a disturbing demeanor after his arrest. He looks annoyed, angry and disillusioned, as if the fact that he's going to be the fall guy for everything is just dawning upon him. His grimace at the end of the conference, when he's asked what he did in Russia, maybe shows his despair at the fact that he's going to take the fall for this, and it was a setup all along. He certainly doesn't look like an attention-hungry loser nut, happy in his one moment in the spotlight.

For a man that a lot of people have accused of being guilty, he was either the greatest actor in history for the way he responded, or he was actually (brace yourself) innocent and finding out about it just then, on camera, you can see the news hit him hard.

Now, if he actually did it, had wanted to do it, planned on it, knew the risks of getting caught (execution) he would have (I believe) taken that moment to say either yes, he did it. Or say he had no comment or something other than what he said.

Every other presidential assassin did not hesitate to admit they did it and tell the world why. They loved the attention. Oswald didn't act like the others. No known motive, no paper trail in his words showing a hatred for Kennedy. Just exactly what do people think was his motive or what would he gain or change by doing it.

The answer is there isn't any motive or personal gains. Other people benefited from it (the CIA, the Bush family, Nixon, and lastly, Lyndon Johnson whom hated both JFK and Robert Kennedy)

And as we all know, Robert was assassinated a few years later. 🤔

This is the moment Oswald realized that the CIA was no longer on his side. He knew he was a dead man…

He knew he was a patsy and he knew he was going to be the fall guy. The man's reaction says it all, you can see him making all the connections in his head and being like "well shit."

The way his voice is so soft and the fear + resignation in his eyes absolutely breaks my heart. He had no chance

I can see Edward Norton playing him in a movie.

In other words, the moment an actual reporter asks him an actual question, he is not allowed to answer and is moved off

I was just in Portland Oregon my backpack was stolen while I used a Burger King bathroom.
Upon coming out to see that my bag was gone
My chest sank and I realized " I'd been had".
The look lee Harvey gives is the same look that anyone who has experienced this feeling will exhibit in their body language upon the moment they realize " they've been had"
We are taught as little kids that the United States is under God and can do no wrong
We grow out of innocence into adults and begin to think for ourselves and we grow into truth
Truth is its ALL LIES and the private interests who run this country can take out presidents and insert them at will .
Scariest part of all is now they control the global narrative of what is defined as " truth and fake news"
God bless those who are able to see

1:02 mumbles a sarcastic "great" after the reporter says he's been charged.

This is sad.

Oswald: "No, I have not been charged with that"
Reporter: "You have been charged with that"
Oswald: sir?
Reporter: "You have been charged with that"
Oswald: *double-takes *shuts mouth (realizes the media is defrauding him to)
             *head down, dejected facial expression
Even today, CNN cut out the next question about what happened to his face, and getting hit by a policeman.  Why cut that out CNN?

Sorry guys, he's innocent until proven guilty in the American court of law, even today. We're not communists, right??
