I got a mild case of the corona which was enough to knock out my voice a bit. So I instead of sitting around and doing nothing, I decided to do a sequel...or more of a prequel video to one I did back in September 2019 when I didn't even have enough subscribers to make up a fellowship. Imagine being a kid that was born around 440 of the First Age - what a terrible time to be alive.

If you showed the extend of Morgoths realm or sphere of influence aswell, it could really show the bleakness of the situation for Iluvatars children. Cool video!

A great way to show the hopelessness of all opposing Morgoth in the first age

Hi Dark Gandalf, just wondering what software you used to make this video, particularly in regards to coloring the map.

Excellent video. The map from the Silmarillion would have been cooler with all the place names and geographical locations.

Very good map. It must have been pretty scary for the ordinary person when each kingdom fell like flies in Beleriand just so it can all sink underneath the ocean permanently not even a century later. All because Morgoth was allowed so much power and authority to do as he wished even if it was a short reign.

From a Biblical stand point it's a good thing too that evil entities like Satan aren't given so much free reign and authority like Morgoth was allowed in his mythology but are restrained and brought lower then the smallest wild beasts of the Earth where they are not allowed to harm or command humans unwillingly. If you think of it Yahuah Elohim really was looking out for us.

Is this middle earth? Or did it sink into the sea or something before the 2nd age?
