I always find it funny that people sitting at home consider tanks to be ineffective or outdated yet every video i have watched from the front, the fighters always say the same thing. you don't hear the shells coming with tanks. With artillery you atleast hear the whistle and dive for cover. Tanks don't give you the chance to even dive for cover. If you hear anything it wasn't for you

I don't think the age of the tank is over. I think they just need to be adapted to the new environment of warfare. Trophy systems, ERA, and other countermeasures for anti tank weapons and drones, are some of the ways to adapting in my opinion. But I wish this war and war general never started GodBless everyone

I was in a mechanized infantry unit, i think tanks are antiquated since the era of the drone. The money would be better spent on artillery based weapons, missles and drones. Id keep IFVs to transport infantry but this war has shown us the horror of not having any place to hide
