Zara’s life was shattered in a split second when she found her sister Linzi’s battered body hidden under a duvet on 29 June 2013. Linzi, who was 25, suffered 108 injuries including being strangled with a cable tie at the hands of her evil ex-partner Michael Cope. Speaking for the first time, mum-of-two Zara told how she suffered from such severe post-traumatic stress disorder causing regular panic attacks. The harrowing flashbacks of her sister’s swollen face made Zara a prisoner in her own home with most days not even being unable even to get dressed. In desperation she contacted the Speakmans and asked for their help.
