Trying 10-Course MICHELIN STAR DINNER at Portugeuse Restaurant

Tonight we savor a 10-course Portuguese meal in collaboration of five Michelin-starred chefs, including three of whom have restaurants in Portugal and Hungary. From Octopus Salad to Pigeon Meatball to Tomato Ice Cream, the taste buds are in for a journey! We also try national dishes such as Salted Cod.

For a restaurant that opened three years ago in 2015, Adega's rise to culinary fame has been nothing short of meteoric. Today this Portuguese themed eatery stands as the first and only Michelin accredited five star restaurant in San José, California! The excellent presentations during this 10-course meal were an aesthetic feast for the eyes; rivaled no doubt by the coming feast for the tongue! If only my taste buds could've savored what my eyes visually tasted, through this excellent volg. Well done, as usual, Mina! ♥
