People seem to not realize that in terms of michelin starred fancy restaurants, $225 is actually a good deal. So many restaurants cost $1000+ and still have less food than all 18 of these courses. At least there isn't too many caviar and gold leaves here.
Edit: I have researched that the average michelin star restaurant cost $500. $225 is still quite cheap

Looks like a 200$ per person situation

As a retired Chef I made a guess at the price, and was shocked that the price is less than half of what I thought they'd charge, which is awesome to see. I know if I'm ever in San Francisco I'll try to get a table, but this quality of food, at this price is unheard of, especially in San Francisco. Great Job Chef!!

However expensive this might be, it's still more worth it than whatever Salt Bae is doing

For the people who are saying they would leave hungry, each dish is about 3+ bites, and there are 18 courses. Over 54+ bites of food and each of them are packed with a lot of nutrients and flavor. Pretty much a normal meal except it’s all expensive food (caviar, high quality steak, etc…). In addition, it’s only $225 which is pretty cheap for a EIGHTEEN COURSE MEAL MOSTLY MADE WITH EXPENSIVE FOOD in a Michelin star restaurant.

They focus on sustainability because their portion size looks like it comes from an ez bake oven

It’s not worth arguing with these people who think it’s just DLC even after watching the final trailer. It’s their lost. I’m just gonna enjoy the sequel of one of my favorite games of all time.

I adore the way you put so much effort into your videos with these angles. The food isn’t for everyone(cause of the price haha) but I enjoyed getting to see the beauty that is Michelin worthy work

People are going off on the price, but 18 courses and full service to the point they remember your name and preferences if you return?

Sounds like a great time, tbh.

As one of many professional cooks that's worked in the city-in the Presidio for this price is really great. I have easily dropped 2 bills on myself at places without tire company stars and this looks like a great experience..
