I had gut issues all my life. 2 yrs ago, I cut meat and dairy and most sugars from my life as well as anything processed. Healthy and happy now with no more issues. The unexpected benefit was no more inflammation in my joints.

That's the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard...
Noone in their right mind would ever say that and give no context. Like am I twice more likely to die in a car accident if I drink milk? Or is it just "death by milk" ?
This guy sounds like a child making a presentation he hasn't even written.

Who else is here after watching Greg's video? and to those who believe this, moderation is key. To recap greg how does fruit juice and diet soda make the list but not soda. Same with milk but not ice cream, please don't believe this, moderation is the only thing you need in all foods.

I agree that some of these toxic foods should not be eaten on a daily basis. Yes, they may be unhealthy and have high amounts of sugar. Although, it’s okay to indulge once in a while. As long as we keep our body and mind healthy by eating healthy, we will be fine. Having a glass of milk or eating a hot dog once in a while won’t cause cancer. Don’t get caught up all the nutritional articles and videos talking about what you can and can’t eat. This could lead to orthorexia nervosa which is an eating disorder that involves an unhealthy obsession with healthy eating. Good rules to have in mind are to eat foods you cook, eating organic, and having more plant based foods. Cultivating a healthy lifestyle doesn’t always have to come at the cost of indulgence. My advice is to not cross these foods of the list, but try to eat or drink them less. Just remember to, for the majority of the time, eat healthy.
