Here are 5 common foods that are causing damage to your body. Our modern day diet is filled with processed food, and most people are unaware of what types of products they are consuming. Many do not realize that these hidden products may be the cause of their health issues. In this video, we discuss five common types of foods including cereals, zero sugar drinks and snacks, vegetable meats, margarine, and sweetened foods like applesauce. These are examples of ways the food industry adds sugar, artificial sweeteners, seed oils, trans fats, and high fructose corn syrup to our diet. These products all have negative impacts on our health, leading to diabetes, high cholesterol, weight gain, high risk for heart attacks, and more.

By making a habit out of reading food labels, you can make wise decisions about what you put into your body, decreasing the risk for health problems down the road.

You explain things very well and something that would be beneficial to me and probably others is that for someone like you to pick out the common foods that we can eat that won’t clog are arteries and things like that
Anyway, just a thought thank you

You omitted the elephants in the room, though it may be seen as an extension of breakfast cereals and fructose syrup (or vice versa): starches, in the form of bread, rice (including brown, whole grain), corn, pasta, noodles, pastries, cakes, donuts, cookies, candy, cola and sugary drinks.

I have been noticing how much added sugar is in cereal. It was surprising. Are there cereals you recommend that have little to no sugar?
