I think we really do need a „legs and thighs girl“ shirt. Used chicken breast before but will never go back after Marion showed me the true hero of the chicken. That was such a game changer. Whenever i cook with thighs now i always hear her in the back of my mind ^^

this is called "cánh gà chiên nước mắm" in Vietnamese which is literally “fish sauce fried chicken wings” and my mom makes this all the time ☺️ love this version

I made this for lunch today (I don't cook often) and it came out an absolute treat! Sadly we were too impatient to eat to take any pics, but absolutely loved it!! The sauce was amazing and really went well with it. My wife made a wettish fried rice and complimented the chicken (leg, thighs and wings). The video you posted today Sticky Pork Ribs is going to be my next dish :)

you should just melt butter and a spoon of fish sauce with some sugar and then toss a fried chicken (without even having a bready crust) in it. it's SO good.

I made this already and it´s definitly one of my favourite recipes now. Try it. Easy to make and it´s a very unique taste, which I haven´t tried before.

Looks so delicious. If you’re a fan of the cornstarch version, there’s another Vietnamese fried chicken you can try: _arrow root powder_ fried chicken w/turmeric. Sooo delicious. It’s also used in sweet potato (matchstick) fried shrimp croquets. They sell the batter powder packets at Vietnamese supermarkets. 👍

Yess Viet fish sauce wings are the best and most unique flavor I’ve had in a long time! It may sound like an odd combo but it works so well.
