I made these with lime zest instead of the leaves and a sriracha dipping sauce I made with some crema, mayo, sriracha, and wedge of lime. Delicious. I can taste the lemongrass and the fish sauce!

If you fry herb in oil before chickens it make very smell good.
You can make with pandan lemongrass kaffir lime leaves it's really popular in Thailand

I am having surprisingly fantastic results cooking wings in my air fryer. So much that I don't miss frying them in oil. The corn starch works the same way in an air fryer. Once done I toss them in an oyster pepper glaze. Yum!
