Hello, i don't have bald spots and still have a full head of hair, but the most of my hair are miniaturization hair, (small hair shaft) and i'am on finasteride from 7 months but my hair still the same, is that normal ? Or may take more time to reverse?

Thank you for this very informative yet succinct video, Dr! I’m a 37yo man. My regime involves combined topical Finasteride (0.1) and Minoxidil (5%), Nizoral shampoo twice a week and micro-needling once a week. Still losing hair. Any suggestions on what else I could try?

Should you stop using ketoconazole and minoxidil before having a hair transplant to show a more accurate condition of the follicles?
