I see all these real estate people posting about moving to Minn. and buying a home in a new city. Yet 75% of the people that move to a new city rent the first 1-3 years for numerous reasons. I am currently interviewing in 2 different cities one happens to be St. Paul and I will be renting for the first year or two until I get my bearings and find the area in which I want to live. It would be smart for realtors to get involved in that market and help people find rental housing as they wont rent forever! Just my personal thoughts.

Any insight on glenwood? Wife has a friend there who is trying to convince us to move there from CA. MN seems beautiful IMO. Visiting in Feb to see how bad the winter is lol
