That is a hit. I've never thought about tajin ribs before..would be good on any kind of pork ribs but I like the idea of the savory tang of the tajin rub on baby backs. The glaze looked perfectly executed. Gotta try these.

Looks great! I tried ribs with Tajin recently and didn't love them . . . but like you said, it's probably because I used Tajin by itself. I can imagine that mixing it with a few other spices would help them a lot!

On their website is alot of good recipes, my favorite tho is throwing it on fruit with chamoy. Also for a good side corn on or off the cob with tajin, mayo or crema, cojita cheese and some extra lime
