I’m Japan, we have a thing called yakitori, which literally means cooked bird. Well, there’s a dish called “Kawa” which directly means skin, and it’s just chicken skin, on a skewer and it’s usually the cheapest dish on the menu, but it’s the best because it’s so salty and crispy!
