I've hung a couple thousand doors using the same method. With a couple additions. 1) I check to see if I need tweak the hinges first thing. 2) I spread the adjustment for door to stop alignment to all four corners, a little tap one way or the other at each corner. I'm sure you already know all this.

20th video I’ve watched now on hanging an interior door and this is the 1st one that stated the goal gap between door and finished floor. They all talk about checking level in the door way and how to cut the jam, and to remember to check floor thickness off subfloor, but not 1 stated yet what the gap goal is.

Nice video. Do not forget to use the level . But generally will be ok if the rough framing was done by a good carpenter
