Not too bad. Yes mohg is supposed to be late game, but he’s so fair that you can take him out around level 90 pretty easily if you go there from varre’s quest.

If you load in and the NPC isn’t by the hand, fast travel to another grace site then back to Cocoon of the Empyrean site and she should be there to instruct you to touch the hand

I mean you can just do the first part of varres questline until he gives you the item that teleports you to the blood underworld. All you have to do is beat Godrick, see the two fingers, use the festering bloody finger item three times, kill either the lady at the beginning of the weeping peninsula, the lady at the madness church of marika, or go back to the starting area with the 3 belfries. Once you give him the blood soaked cloth he takes your finger and talk to him again and he’ll give you the item to teleport to the audience grounds.

Once you reach Altus plateau you can do Varre’s questline even offline to get the medallion to teleport to mohgwyn’s palace, if you want to do it as early as possible.

I think the Fextralife wiki for his questline tells you where to go offline, you just gotta use 3 of the consumable finger invades or win against the great stars wielding woman. Then you can follow the quest line as normal.

To make defeating Mohg easier you can either do Yura’s quest line up until Altus plateau for the crystal tear that prevents you from taking damage in the phase transition or defeat morgott and take the elevator up to the mountaintops and talk to shabriri who has taken over Yura’s body, then go back to the church in Altus plateau that’s a part of Yura’s quest line and you should be able to be invaded by the npc who drops the crystal tear.
