I was level 123 when i killed her and still struggled. You just have to fight her enough to notice the details in her attacks and know exactly when to dodge. It took a while but i'm glad i'm finally done with this area

If you cannot make it past castle sol boss there is a skip to the bottom half of the snowy area. It involves dying and respawning at site of Marika.
