Excel offers either one input or two input data table. Both are available under the Data tab, What-if analysis. You need both input and dependent cells to do a data table.

A Data Table allows you to have multiple inputs and see how different inputs values would impact the result. This is extremely useful to analyze a problem in Excel.

i always write my PMT formulas like this -pmt(rate, nper, pv) ....to force it positive. vs =pmt(rate, nper, -pv) In other words, change the equals sign to a neg at the start.
Nice video. I'm using it for a pricing sheet for buying house. I can look down one column for expected rents, and the top row is price of property. Where they meet is how much cash flow I would get. I used formulas before, but now, after your video I use a data table. Thanks!

Don't forget to : File> options> formula> workbook calculation should be set to Automatic.
