Vanilla Caramel Apple Baked Oats @PROTEINWORLD.

High in protein, easy to make.
Dry ingredients:
-20g oats
-20g coconut flour (you can use 20g oats as an alternative)
-20g @proteinworld vanilla caramel protein powder
-1/2 tsp baking powder
Wet ingredients:
-110ml oat milk
-25g high protein plain yoghurt
Toppings:
-1 small apple cut in cubes
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients until combined. Add wet ingredients and mix. Cut Apple in cubes and add 3/4 of the apple to the mix. Add the batter to a ramekin bowl and top with the remaining apple. Bake for 18-22min at 180C/350F preheated oven.
