I've been watching youtube chefs cooking since 2010. Bruno is one of the best I've seen. Such a balanced style, insanely delicious recipes and a priceless sense of humor.

When i see Bruno’s delights I sometimes think that hell must be just seeing those delights parading in front of you without ever being able to taste them. Pure torture! At least we can try to replicate them. Of course the originals will maybe not totally matched but at least we can get a taste of paradise. Merci Bruno!

People used to make this stuff without electric mixers and electric ovens. They did all the mixing by hand and cooked using a fire and stone oven. That's amazing to me. Great video as always Bruno.

My dad used to grow strawberries too and I have never tasted a strawberry as good as he used to grow.

Strawberries in Australian supermarkets are rubbish. As you say. All full of water and taste of nothing! And something I have discovered when I visited Japan. Australian fruit is picked when it is UNDERRIPE! In japan, the fruit is picked when it’s ripe and delicious!

Anyway. Rant over. Thanks for making me think about my dear dad. I miss him. But the memories of his garden come flooding back 🥰🥰🥰
