Contempt of cop arrest. Interfering is a physical act. He's simply exercising his 1st amendment free speech on his property. Why would they thrust his arms up like that. Look at the unprofessional intimidation.

Fire them, take away qualified immunity, and sue them personally

He wasn't unlawfully arrested, he was kidnapped.

These police ain't going to learn until some folks start visiting their homes and returning this same abusive behavior to their parents, wives and children. Treat people fairly or pay the price. I'm sure this guys' attorney will thank you for the big paycheck coming though.

These officers deserve to be fired, and their certification of law enforcement revoked permanently in all 50 states, then they should be sent to prison...

He should get a restraining order against the deputies.

This toxic culture of police arresting people for ANY objections (because they can't stand being questioned in any way) needs to be taken to court every time. Hit 'em where it hurts - in the police budget.

This is Unacceptable!! The More This Type of Behavior is brought to the Public's Attention

It's a waste of time appealing to the police. We need to direct our energy to the DA's office and appeal to the courts for heavy monetary penalties if the victim is proven innocent.

Once these lawsuits come out of their pockets and pensions, they will soon learn.

I’m so tired of these cops thinking that they’re above the laws they are not

For me it's plain and simple: Living anywhere in the US while black is not a good idea. These "police officers" just had their own particular way of making that point. It's beyond me why any black person would be willing to subject him/herself to stress like that on a daily basis. Not just interacting with the police but in general while being forced to smile when patronized or abused in less than subtle ways is beyond me.

I really hope that this man gets Justice what those police officers did.

The audacity of cops coming to a grown man's home and telling him how to behave and where to stand as if he's some small child. Understandable if he's a suspect and being detained, otherwise, the property owner is in charge and dictates who does what, and no cop gets to tell him anything. The disrespect and condescending tone of that cop's voice just made my blood boil.

Why does it take 7 years to "practice" law but only 6 months to "enforce" law?

People are allowed to tell you to leave no matter if you are a cop or not
