I'm using an iPhone 13 mini still. The only thing I hate about it is the way it overheats (and the lightning connector).
I think I'm getting the basic iPhone 16 this year, as it's the smallest one!

Upgrading from a 13 mini to a 16 Pro. While I'm going to miss the size, I think I'm going to enjoy the camera and audio aspects of the 16 Pro a lot. The main reason is for the 120Hz screen though. A couple of my co-workers have the 14 and 15 Pro and when I have to use their phones, I love how smooth it is. The macro photography is interesting too.

I listened to your advice to wait upgrading my 12 pro max and see what the iPhone 16 pro has to offer 😮
Now I have my 12 pro max and I feel Ike I don’t need 4k120 and the studio mics I already use a rode mic 😅

My issue is that now I want to upgrade to the 15 pro max because it’s on sale with free AirPods Pro 2 but then I feel like going with the 16 pro because I already waited so long so it’s a sunken cost fallacy 😂 I don’t know what to do 😢❤ please help

i hope the studio mic works on the front camera as well. recording yourself and audio mixing and just rejectign everything is so useful. If it's just from the rear recording its slightly useless and only used for people scenarios where you are recording someone else. I want to record myself, monitor myself, and isoltate my voice. Essentially use this with my camera as a flipped over monitor and mic all in one.

I have a 14 pro max and hated the size when I first got it. I got use to it and love the long battery life and screen real estate when editing photos and videos on my phone. But with them increasing the screen to 6.9, that seems like overkill and just too much. I might have to go iPhone 16 pro too. 6.3 is plenty I reckon.
