The base models this year seem to have far more features and are more capable than ever, colour for me would be teal.

Bigger screen, bigger battery, 120hz, 5x telephoto, 48MP ultrawide, 4K120fps, USB-C 10Gbps. These are things I’d actually notice and use, Yeah I’m getting the iPhone 16 Pro Max

For almost 90% of consumers, the regular iPhones have been more than enough. People that get the Pro just want it for the quality of life, but for the cash they’re asking for. It’s not worth it

I think you’ve just made it clear I no longer need a pro max iPhone. I don’t use the always on display, I don’t much care for 120 Hz refresh rate for the things I do on my phone, when I take photos it’s almost always with The main camera, my USB-C port is only used for charging and never for data transfers. I would probably get the iPhone 16 Plus 512 GB. Probably the blue color. But I’m happy with my iPhone 15 Pro Max. Plus the natural titanium mostly matches my ultra 2. Thanks for the video.

I am not upgrading this year. I usually upgrade every two or three years. The 17 models look like they will be more exciting.

I went with the 256 GB iPhone 16 Pro in black titanium. I had the 15 Pro Max and it was kind of heavy and uncomfortable to hold and store in the pants pocket. Not to mention, both the Pro and Pro Max share the same camera features this year.

I actually did the same thing, downgrading from the iPhone 15 Pro Max to the iPhone 16 Pro. It's the right size display, and I value having the extra zoom lens. Plus, with the size of these phones increasing over time, I'm just not trying to fit a miniature iPad into my pocket at this point.

When I bought iPhone 12 non pro, I couldn’t take good pictures of the sky at night. It didn’t captured stars much. I discussed with my friend who had iPhone 12 PRO, her camera captured stars. So, ever since iPhone 13 lineup were out, I always bought PRO Max. I am getting iPhone 16 Pro Max.

I am still undecided. My current phone is an 11. The 16 Plus is my favourite, but I am thinking to upgrade to a 14 Plus and wait 2-3 more years.

128GB isn’t much after you install some apps and love taking photos and 4K videos. 256GB should really be the bare minimum in 2024.

i'm still using the Xs. I will PROBABLY upgrade this year. I always get clear cases. i like to show off my phone. so i'm getting blue or teal. i need to see both in person. i get the 256GB. that's enough for me without having to worry about purchasing cloud storage. i'm not getting a pro model though. all the features I want are on the base this year too.

Iphone 16 pro max black 1tb. Really looking forward to the camera improvements. Have hardly used my canon rebel dslr at all since iPhone 13 Pro Max. iPhone Cameras keep getting better. Just needs more zoom and could drop the dslr all together. Have 28-400 mm tanmron lens i love as a zoom lens for my dslr.

Definitely can’t get your first suggestion for these reasons.

I need much more storage space for video work.

I need the telephoto lens on the pro for mountain photography and video.
