I’m upgrading from a XS Max to 16 Pro Max so it’s worth it for me but if you’re on 13 14 or 15 it’s a very minor upgrade.

I guess the ecosystem is the only thing keeping me at apple. I am very disappointed in the iPhone 16. I want to keep using my iPhone 13 until there is no more iOS updates for it. Then I get my new iPhone, and hopefully by then the upgrade would be satisfactory.

Thank you for this video, Daniel. I would say the leaks & rumors were fairly accurate but they were not spot on. Here's a list of things that we did NOT get for the Pro lineup:

- 2TB storage (was unlikely for this year to begin with)
- Brighter displays
- Sony IMX903 main camera sensor [Stacked CMOS sensor]
- Atomic layer deposition on the lenses
- USB4 speeds (20-40 Gbps) (To be fair, no date was given for this rumor)
- Faster USB (wired) charging speeds
- Stacked battery technology (TBD, need confirmation)

The base models have received quite a large upgrade and they seem to be far more capable than previous years devices and as such I think this would be the one to get for the majority of people.

The last iPhone I used was the 7. So imo this is a huge upgrade. I think they nailed the features and colours. This is the year to get a new iPhone if you've been waiting or saving up, imo

The 15 Pro’s has 6GPU and 6CPU cores compared to just 5-cores on the new regular A18 chip for the 16’s.
