Vietnamese omelette

Ingredients:
- 1 rice paper sheet
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- grated cheese
- green onion
- oil
- sesame

1. Mix egg with soy sauce just a little and leave it mostly unblended.
2. Heat a pan. Add some oil, then put rice paper sheet over it. Use your spatula to press it down and slowly pour the egg.
3. Sprinkle with grated cheese, add green onion over the omelette.
4. Fold the rice paper egg omelette in half, using the spatula.
5. Serve Vietnamese omelette immediately with any toppings. Enjoy❤️
