I have lived in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, for my entire life. I know the feeling at 15 or 16 degrees weather. I'm always in a shirt, shorts, shoes and / or sandles

Same in the Netherlands. My dad always says unless you see snow or ice outside there is no need for long sleeves

I used to be a builder in Spain, working only for British clients.
Sometimes I had to pick them up from the Barcelona or Valencia airport in winter, cold days.
I can still see them with their shorts, t shirt and sandals! 😂
You can recognise them in any airport! 😂

I’m from FL and moved to MD I’m like this. I hate the heat and 60 degrees is my perfect weather I wear a super light coat until it is under 30 and windy. Not windy I can still wear the light coat. I can’t wear sweaters or anything because heat is on indoors and I will sweat to death. Everyone in the office is freezing and I have a no sleeve shirt on with a fan on at my desk lol I’m just hot all the time!
