I remember watching this video back in 2018 - I’d had a series of unsuccessful interviews and I couldn’t seem to figure out why.
After I watched this video, I had two interviews and I received two job offers.
I love the whole consultant approach, it really allows you to take attention of yourself and how you may be perceived, and focus on what you actually bring to the table.
