Hi, Brother i just want to understand? how shifts mechanism work? Its bit confusing!! Eg, Some day there is one employee in any particular shift and some other day, there are 4 employees in any single shift?? I mean whenever roster is made, couple of things are always kept in mind, 1- How many employees are required in a particular shift and how much workload / time is distributed evenly so that everyday / every month, synchronized schedule must be maintained. If you have a look, kindly explain it taking just first 3 days as an example and clarify how it is practically viable. Otherwise, rest of the work and vba code is fine.. thanks

Suppose if the admin want to swap the shift or taking Leave, i cannot able to do manual entry. if i put the swap, then the next week shift also changing automatically.
