to those saying it's not even worth it, it doesn't hurt to try. I did and I tend to get 1 to 2 more spawns so don't knock it till you try it

Iirc, they wont naturally spawn on that block with the glass there due to their hitbox check. The only reason the eggs worked is bc its a separate logic check and corrects to nearest safe location to spawn.
