I’ve worked on my small engine equipment for over 55 years and never (edited) heard of this rule. You never know what you learn on this channel. Bottoms-up!

How many other sites would have made a 45 minute video of the same information? You have saved thousands of people from wasting 30 minutes of their lives.

Aways used those gaps as a solid base… never put them together into a nice, easy to remember rude. I love it.

These are the tips that make me a subscriber. What an easy thing to remember but as a small time diy man I would never know that without your videos. Remember what may be simple for you is not at all common knowledge for some viewers!

Never in the history of man has imperial been so easy, I’m metric through and through but 0.000254-0.000508-0.000762m just doesn’t have the same ring to it. Great video by the way.

Steve your page is the first page and in most cases the only page I go to for small engine info. Thank you

Old Milwaukee helped me bridge the gap many times also, thanks Steve.

Been repairing engines since I was 12 and that was 1972. Great way to remember... I'll still check it just in case when working on unfamiliar engines.

Steve. You should also have a quick video on cleaning sparkplugs. I had an 8hp Honda snowblower that had the original plug for 25 year. Yep, I said 25 years. Cleaned and re-gapped the plug every fall, and never had a problem. Saved enough $s to buy more than a few cases of beer.

That is amazing, I just picked up a new ignition pack for my still fs55 and I asked the dealer what the gap should be - they told me a business card - thanks again Steve 👍👍

I'm blown away by how many "men" don't know 10, 20, 30. I learned this when I was 8 or younger. As a kid mowing a gearheads acreage with a push mower I seemed to break a lot of keyways. I can't imagine why there was so much junk hiding in the grass with 4 crazy kids running around!

I wish you would have a video every day. That way i would learn something new every day. 👍
