Aww what a great perspective on this! I was searching for a videos on a similar video I made recently (I am a fellow online biz owner and a newbie Youtuber!) and I must say I am so inspired by your video! Mine was more of an unintentional one due to health issues, but I am so HAPPY to hear that your business didnt suffer! I’ve been taking weekends off of all social and it’s been Amazing.

I also noticed I reach for my phone when I shouldn’t be. It’s eye opening. But I’m now doing creative hobbies and connecting with friends I haven’t seen in awhile.

It’s very refreshing.

Loved the video Lindsay and agree that we need time to go back to nature and enjoy life, as so much time is wasted on Social Media, I was away recently for 2.weeks and didn't do too much hands on, but I had systems in place - which reminds me I need to put up the photos and videos 😎😊
