Walking in a Number 8 Shape (also called "Infinity Walks" or "Figure 8 walks") is a drill taught by various forms of mental and physical therapists.

Infinity walks challenge our walking ability, to help us develop balance, coordination, and stability.

Additionally, Infinity walks help integrate the right and left brain hemisphere, to encourage comprehensive brain function. For this reason walking in a number 8 shape is often prescribed for patients with brain injury, or those who just want to enhance brain function.

Clinically, we've helped many clients improve function, and decrease or eliminate aches and pains through the prescription of drills such as Infinity walks.
