Welcome to day five of our Mums Mental Health Course; Psychologist Emma Kenny is here to talk about good days and bad days, plus she also explains how and when to seek professional help.

What's your recipe for a good day? Emma Kenny reveals how really small changes to your daily routine such as a long hot bath, adding mood boosting foods to your diet and avoiding social media, can have a huge impact on how you're feeling.

But if the 'good days' are few and far between and the 'bad days' are increasing, it might be time to seek professional help. While this might seem like an incredibly daunting prospect at first, it doesn't have to be scary.

Great tips thank you! So true about social media and comparison making you feel bad! I love working in my little garden to feel better when i had a stressed day. There is somefhing so soothing sowing seeds and seeing them transform and grow as aell as harvesting what you have grown :-) you are doing great work thank you🤗
