If i do have the time Being outside (as long as its not raining hard) really does help me. Also bit of cardio does make me feel good

Does the podcast work on android. I can't open it I've tried it just links me to iTunes and I've signed up but can't find your podcast. Can i find it in the search box on I tunes?
