-30g vanilla protein powder (I used PEScience)
-15g zero calorie powdered sugar substitute (I used Lakanto)
-8g sugar free, fat free vanilla pudding mix
-3g zero calorie granular sweetener (I used Lakanto)
-12g Graham cracker crumbs
-100g nonfat Greek yogurt
-20g crushed biscoff cookies
-5g butterscotch chips
-1-2 tbsp cold water
Pretzel crisps for dipping (optional, not included in macros)

-50g quick oats
-10g vanilla protein powder (I used PEScience)
-5g sugar free, fat free butterscotch pudding mix
-pinch of salt
-60ml unsweetened almond milk
-60g nonfat Greek yogurt
Ganache:
-15g biscoff spread
-10g vanilla protein powder (I used PEScience)
-5g zero calorie granular sweetener (I used Lakanto)
-5g sugar free, fat free butterscotch pudding mix
-15ml unsweetened almond milk
-30g nonfat Greek yogurt
Topping:
-1 crushed up biscoff cookie

MACROS (for 1): 119 cals, 6.5P, 15C, 4.5F

-30g all purpose flour
-30g chocolate protein powder (I used PEScience)
-3g baking powder
-22g unsweetened cocoa powder
-50g zero calorie granular sweetener (I used Lakanto)
-1 egg
-130g nonfat Greek yogurt
-90ml unsweetened almond milk
-8 biscoff cookies
Topping:
-20g biscoff spread + unsweetened almond milk
Bake at 350F for 18-20 mins
