He's in a race against winter to fix up this remote cabin. Today he's starting the extension. It's the hardest construction job he's tackled yet. But as you'll see, he's well on his way to getting the job done.

I really like that you are watching Bushradical. That man knows his stuff and creates such lovely commentary as he builds. I am praying your cabin extension works perfectly.

Jay, you did get a lot accomplished this time. All the work will be well worth it when you are done. Have a good time on your mini vacation. We will be patiently waiting for you. After all, life is an adventure! Take care my friend.

I think about how knowledgeable your sister is. Was a joy to see you both together. Hope you two can come together again.

You are too modest. What you've learned and accomplished since getting this cabin is amazing. Completing the floor for the extension will be a major achievement before the snow season starts. It's unbelievable what you have to do to get your boat thru that dry creek. Keep pushing!

Hey Jay, get some cement or something in the extra drilled holes if you can. If water gets in there and freezes, it'll crack the rock near the cradle. I could be wrong but better safe than sorry.

I like the idea of dropping the extension very much. My cousin, who lives in Cochrane, Alberta, had their livingroom/sunroom dropped when they had it built. It dropped from the kitchen and they use it a lot all year round. One wall of their extension is all windows and it's quite cozy in the winter. Their large tropical plants prove that it's also an ideal place to grow!!!!

I have NEVER cheered anyone on the way I have you the last 30 minutes!
You have learned so much, and are applying what you learned! Notching those posts in order to distribute the load to the bedrock is perfect. Buy at least two more of those drill bits, you can and will break them. I can't wait to see this new room. All I can say is INSULATION!

It‘s so great to watch you getting out there and getting things done while learning in the process. Personally I am shy to show my trials and tribulations on in front of others. But you instead seem to get a boost out of every challenge you set for yourself and getting more focused . Amazing!

Jay you pump out videos like no other YouTuber does right now. Keep that steam and hustle because you are unmatched at that buddy. Says a lot. When you hit a million subs don’t ever lose it either over money like most YouTubers do. Keep them coming and we’ll keep on watching. Bryan from Brooklyn

Oh my giddy aunt, I’ve worked that I can’t do maths, can’t push a boat, can’t lift lumber, the list goes on, but I can admire the accent, oot and aboot, just love it from Melbourne Australia

Thoroughly enjoyed and happy that you watch other platforms on how he grooves out the wood and puts those joints together for longevity and endurance to last.
Thank you

Pretty darn impressed Jay! I swear I’m watching myself. I have “built” a few things and it’s a bit of trial and error, talking myself through it all…just like you! Love it.
