It could be the best scene in the entire movie, but.. SONY, please.
That's pretty dumb that Richard Parker is alive cause he had no chance to survive at all, but anyway, great acting by Andrew Garfield makes this scene so strong.
Remember: With great power comes great responsibility.

Andrew: *Puts on an incredible performance for this scene*
Movie: *Cuts the entire scene from the theatrical version*

It’s been over 8 years and I still haven’t forgiven Sony for removing this scene.

"With Great Power Comes Great Responsibility"

Imagine how the audience would've reacted to that in theaters.

Andrew’s acting when he says, “what do you wanna say, say it, where have you been” is insane, easily one of my favorite actors

"I don't know how to go on without her"
"You don't. You take her with you"
That line hits harder after No Way Home

After No way Home we need more of Andrew's Spider-Man. He nailed it

I know this is impossible for you to understand Peter, hell the audience is probably confused as shit too.

Fun Fact: 90% of movies' deleted scenes actually turn out to be the best and most interesting scenes

If you think about all three of the spidermen and their stories, Andrew was literally treated like the middle child. He lost uncle Ben, his parents, his girl, his best friend, couldn’t even get this scene to be fully added to the movie, and had it not been for NWH he probably would’ve never been seen as Spider-Man again. Ffs, he doesn’t even have a third movie like the other’s do😭

WTF!? Why on EARTH would they cut this scene out of the film!? What was Sony THINKING!? This was brilliantly done and I love how Peter's father is the one who says the famous line this time instead of his uncle. The way he delivers the line is also very nicely done! In addition, it is also a very powerful moment in the film to see Peter actually reunited with his father. They should have kept this scene in the final cut of the movie.

Imagine if they kept this scene and continued this universe with a 3rd movie. His father would’ve been upgrading his spider-tech.

the writing and acting in this scene is actually brilliant, if someone’s seemingly dead father randomly showed up alive this is probably the most realistic reaction they’d have

Andrew Garfield's acting was very strong in this scene. Wish it was in the actual movie.

Imagine being cast for arguably the most powerful and important scene in the movie just to be cut. Like what were they thinking cutting this
