This actually looks like a Pre-CGI scene of a movie and actually looks like a scene from Raimi Spider Man movie. The sound effects and music are so good and make it feel Raimi as well. Now I’m even more sad we didn’t get Spider Man 4!

0:06, If this were released, they would have likely needed to alter some aspects of this encounter, such as why Peter wouldn’t just be able to dodge Vulture’s ramming attack or spray him with webbing (or both simultaneously) instead of just having him sit there, watching Vulture preparing to ram him.
