👍🏾 for the 3rd grip. I've been gripping the ball that way for the last 5 years. In my opinion, it naturally transitions into a smooth release, and almost always gives you perfect rotation.

Another plus I've seen from using the palm rotation and having that soft off hand is that it is much easier to shoot one handed. My shot has been way more consistent since I've started using it

My Basketball coach(who was college bound) Shoot in a somewhat triple threat shooting form. his hand is on the bottom of the ball which I have experimented with and it makes me more accurate. Can you do a video on that type of form.

Hey coach sometimes almost always i use the hand on top off the ball but my off hand goes to front off the ball and seems so weird like you said what can i do to don´t make my off hand goes to the front off the ball, I´m left handed

Great video Coach! Finally I got a reference in order to have the ball controlled prior to the shoot! May I ask if you believe in shooting only with your dominant hand as a drill to improve the shooting form? Again, keep up the great work!
