This mindfulness practice focuses your attention on the present moment using all your senses - what you can see, touch, smell, taste, and hear. The more you practice being in the moment, the easier it becomes, eventually becoming your default mode.
You can practice mindful eating with any food - whatever you feel drawn to: crunchy, soft, sweet, salty, or anything else. For the purpose of this meditation, I’ll refer to a raisin.
