I’ve been no contact for 17 days and I left him 17 days ago. Basically I’m meditating and praying, journaling and loving myself back to health. I still love him in this current moment. And although I know it will pass soon I wish he would Hoover so I can feel better. Yet I know it’s part of the trauma bond after 4 years. Thank you for this video. I will stay strong.

The worst part about a narcissist above all is they truly make you believe you’re the crazy one. I have had to accept all the guilt for our toxic relationship and make the changes for him, but I was the only one making changes. I always felt instigated but reacted negatively so he could use that against me, to make me look irrational and crazy. I
Thankfully left him and am in no contact, but still feel like I’m the crazy one, even tho I know I’m highly self aware and not even self centered in the least bit. That’s been the hardest for me, he makes me feel like I’m the narcissist even tho a true narcissist would never admit it.

I ended the relationship with the narcissist and didn't hear anything for almost 6 months. I thought it was over for good. Then, suddenly, the narc was back and trying to love bomb me and hoover me. When that didn't work, the narc stalked me. I just called the cops and started the process for a restraining order. So then the narc did a big smear campaign. I had forgotten that the narc knew my email password on one of my email accounts that I didn't use very often. Narc used that to send really awful stuff to my friends and family from my email account. When none of that got a rise out of me, narc disappeared and I never heard another word. That was 3 and a half years ago.

I think everyone has a little narc in them. It all depends on how we are brought up and the trauma in life especially as kids. As much as I watch this to protect myself I also watch it to eliminate any traits or thoughts of myself that could be narcissistic. The more self aware the more we can better ourselves and others.

Mine came to my house at 1 in the am! Broke the handle to the screen door. I didn't let him in and he was screaming all kinds of obscenities in the hopes of shaming me because I went no contact! Then, even while blocked, he began calling my cell and leaving me the most disgusting messages, to only call early morning, not apologizing but blaming me for making him angry. I have continued my no contact and will never let him back into my life and now realize why his wife left him and believe her truth! I love your channel and thank you so much for opening my eyes to the truth!
