1.Agility--This ability is measured with running tests that require the subject to turn or start and stop.

2. Speed --So if Distance = km and Time = hr, then as Speed = Distance/ Time; the units of Speed will be km/ hr.

3. Balance --Flamingo Balance — stand on one leg while balancing on a beam.

Stork Stand Test — stand on the toes of one leg for as long as possible with the free leg resting on the inside of the opposite knee.
4. Coordination--is typically measured using tests of hand-eye or foot-eye coordination such as throwing, catching or bouncing a ball, or hitting an object

5. Reaction time --The ruler drop test has long been used in studies as one of the most reliable and valid ways to measure reaction time.

6. Power--DC power measurement is relatively simple as the equation is simply watts = volts x amps.

HEALTH RELATED FITNESS
1.Body Composition - This is the ratio of fat to non-fat in the body. High fat levels cause many health concerns, including type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and strokes. Each person's ideal body weight varies, and a traditional scale can not tell body composition. In the past, body mass index (BMI) was used to estimate health outcomes, but this was inaccurate for many people as it didn't take into account muscle weight v/s fat weight.
2.Flexibility - This is the range of motion around a given joint. This is joint-specific, and some people may be flexible in a few joints but tight in others. Flexibility allows for a large range of movements and impacts agility, balance, and coordination.
3.Muscular Endurance - This is the ability to continuously use a particular muscle group against resistance. This is an interesting skill because many people develop this unevenly.
4.Muscular Strength - This is the amount of force a particular muscle group can produce in one, using all energy effort. This is also muscle-group specific.

SKILLED RELATED FITNESS
1.Agility - This is the ability to move quickly and change direction. Agility is important in sports like hockey where athletes must move quickly, change direction, control their stick, watch the puck, and adjust to the players around them.
2.Balance - This is the ability to adjust to body position in space. It relates to proprioception and making adjustments to the center of gravity. Balance is important in most sports, as falling should be avoided in the majority of them.
3.Coordination-is the ability to use the senses together with body parts during movement. For example, dribbling a basketball. Using hands and eyes together is called hand-eye coordination.
4.Speed-refers to a person's ability to move fast. Speed. combined with strength will provide power and force. This is a skill-related component of physical fitness. that relates to the ability to perform a movement.
